Third week of February

First of all, Mr. Herry start the class with checking our attendance and asked who are absent for today. After that, Mr. Herry asked us to submit our twelve bars of blues melody. Almost all of my friends do it in their music book therefore we have to copied it first to a piece of paper then give it to him. Mr. Herry give us time to do that around ten minutes and after that we continue the class. Mr. Herry give us trick on how to make the blues melody and he also give us some examples. After that, we continue the singing assessment. I enjoyed my friend’s performance and I think my performance is not too good because my voice is not loud enough and Mr. Herry said that the minus one is too low for me. However, finishing the singing assessment and that’s the end of today’s class.

First of all, Mr. Herry check our attendance and also our resources. After that, we continue the class. Today Mr. Herry will give us feedback about our creation of the blues melody. He plays our melody in the keyboard and then he gives each of us feedback about our composition and also on how can we improve it. I enjoyed my friend’s melody that Mr. Herry played it and Mr. Herry said that my melody is very good and after that we can go to our lunch break.

Piano Class

First of all, Mr. Herry give us time to make some improvement and fix our melody composition. After that, we have to practice playing the melody in the piano. I enjoyed my friend’s melody. And when it’s my turn to play the piano, Mr. Herry help me to play the left hand and I only play the right hand. However, I think I still need more practice.

This is the eleventh video that I have recorded in term 3. In this video, I’m practicing to play my own creation melody of the blues song. I make many mistakes and I haven’t played it well because I still stop in the middle of playing the melody. And I only play the right hand. Hopefully, in the next video I can play it better than in this video.

This is the twelfth video that I have recorded in term 3. In this video, I’m still practicing to play my own creation melody of the blues song. I think this time I have play it better because I almost didn’t make any mistakes although I only play the right hand. And I didn’t make any stop in the middle of playing it.
